§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The organizer of the "Three Seas Business Forum" event (hereinafter: "the event", "forum", "congress") is Three Seas Business Council P.S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 27, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0001131691, with NIP 527-31-33-665 and REGON 529875789 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")
- The event aims to promote the idea of the Three Seas Initiative, understood as cooperation between entrepreneurs from the countries of the European region creating economic potential through their strategic location in the Baltic, Black and Mediterranean regions.
- The event is addressed to individuals or entities interested in the idea of the Three Seas Initiative, including representatives of legal entities or entities conducting business activity (entrepreneurs).
- The basic subject of the services provided is the possibility of participation in the event on the basis of the Agreement concluded with the Organizer via means of distance communication and the provision by the Organizer of other means described in the Regulations.
- The event will include, among others, sessions, discussion panels and bilateral meetings, as well as roundtables and others.
- The event will take place from April 28, 2025 to April 29, 2025 in Warsaw.
- The right to participate in the event is granted to persons who meet the conditions set out in § 4 point 1 of the Regulations. Persons participating in the event are hereinafter jointly referred to as "Participants" and each separately as a "Participant".
- The Organizer makes these regulations available (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), specifying in particular the rights and obligations of the Organizer in connection with the conduct of the event, as well as the rights and obligations of the Participants in connection with participation in the forum, by posting them on the website of the forum.3seasbc.com
- The Organizer informs that the event is not a mass event within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the safety of mass events (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2171, as amended).
- Each Participant is obliged to read the Regulations before taking part in the event and is obliged to comply with them.
- The Organizer provides medical support during the event and takes measures to ensure the safety of the Participants.
- The organizer shapes the substantive content of the event at its discretion, having the ability to change, expand or limit any elements of the congress, including in particular the composition of speakers or panelists, or the substantive scope, duration, schedule, schedule, etc. sessions and panels. In particular, the Organizer does not guarantee the participation of specific persons or entities in the event, does not provide specific content of lectures, lectures, etc., as well as does not guarantee that participation in the congress will enable the Participant to obtain any business or scientific contacts, knowledge, information, know-how, etc.
- The Organizer reserves the right to place on the Organizer's website forum.3seasbc.com information about selected Participants who will take part in the congress, by placing the logotype and the name of their organization on the Organizer's website, has the right to object to the publication on the Organizer's website of the data provided regarding the logotype and the name of its organization. Objections can be submitted via e-mail to the following address: claimbox@3seasbc.com. In such a case, the Organiser will be obliged to take into account the objection and suspend the process of publishing the indicated data on the website.
- At the same time, the Participants acknowledge that in the event of:
- the Organiser may be forced to introduce restrictions or prohibitions on holding the congress resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law (including: local law acts) or individual administrative decisions, as well as the occurrence of other types of threats to the course of the event or its Participants, or other circumstances significantly hindering or preventing the holding of the congress in the originally assumed formula, place or date, to introduce changes, including: restrictions on its course (including changing its formula to an entirely online event), and in extreme cases – even cancelling the congress;
- introduction of generally applicable law (including: local law acts), the content and scope of recommendations may change.
§ 2
RESTRICTIONS ON BRINGING IN OBJECTS, MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE EVENT AREA; GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
DURING THE EVENT
- It is forbidden to bring any kind of materials, devices, substances, etc. to the congress venue and to have any kind of materials, devices, substances, etc. in the course of the congress. including in particular:
- firearms, including combat, hunting, sporting, gas, alarm and signal weapons;
- pneumatic weapons,
- incapacitating gas throwers and other irritants,
- melee weapons (e.g. knives, machetes, clubs with metal elements, brass knuckles, etc.) and bowstring weapons (crossbows, bows),
- electric stun guns,
- explosives, pyrotechnic articles and ammunition,
- fire hazardous materials,
- alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances,
- other sharp, heavy, hard, glass or metal devices or objects (including, for example, umbrellas, shoes, luggage or backpacks, clothing containing hard or heavy elements that may cause damage to the health of another Participant in sudden and unexpected contact with the body),
- drones (except for those possibly used by the organiser or authorised entities).
- A participant who has the objects, devices or materials described in point 1 letters a - f and letter j may not enter or stay on the congress area.
- A participant with any items listed in paragraph 1 should hand them over to a free and unguarded deposit for the duration of the congress before entering the venue. The Organizer will not accept items, devices or materials described in point 1 letters a-h and letter j. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept other items for deposit.
- In order to ensure the safety of the Congress Participants, the Organizer may properly check the clothing and items of the Participants using metal detector gates or a hand-held metal detector. In the event of a signal from the device or suspicion of bringing prohibited objects, the security guard is entitled to request the metal objects to be shown and checked again. If the person fails to be checked, the security guard or the Organizer calls the person to leave the event
- The competent state service can determine its security measures that will be implemented during the congress, mainly in the case of the participation of protected persons.
- In the event of revealing that items have been brought or brought into the venue of the event contrary to the prohibition referred to in paragraph 1 of this paragraph, the Organizer has the right to remove such a Participant from the venue of the congress, unless it is possible to deposit them in accordance with the rules set out in paragraph 3.
- The Organizer allows you to leave your clothes in an unguarded cloakroom free of charge for the duration of the event. Due to the lack of security, both in the cloakroom and in the deposit, valuables should not be stored.
- It is forbidden to leave any items unattended, including luggage or other property. Items left unattended, outside the stand, stage or exhibition, may be removed by the Organizer or appropriate state services and given to a third party for safekeeping, at the expense of the person who left the items. If it is necessary to interrupt the congress and/or evacuate people, the costs of such action may be charged to the person who left these items.
- Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Regulations, the Participants are obliged not to take any actions during the congress, as well as not to commit any omissions contrary to the generally applicable law.
- In particular, it is forbidden to present any content during the event:
- contrary to the law or likely to violate the law;
- infringing the rights or personal rights of any third parties;
- violating the legally protected secrets of any third parties, including in particular their trade secrets;
- obtained by the Participant in an unlawful manner.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 5 and paragraph 6 of this paragraph, it is also prohibited to present during the congress:
- any content contrary to good practice or a generally accepted system of values, in particular content concerning any persons that ridicules, discredits, may offend their dignity or undermine their market position;
- any content containing violence, pornography, promotion of drugs or other illegal substances, incitement to commit crimes, or promotion of gambling.
- The Organizer points out that due to the nature of the congress and its Participants and guests, in order to guarantee their safety, it may be necessary to check the safety of all or some of the Participants. The security check may include, in particular, checking whether the Participant does not bring dangerous or prohibited items to the event area. Conducting a security check requires the consent of the Participant, however, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent participation in the congress, as well as to remove from it, persons who refuse or otherwise prevent the security check from being carried out.
§ 3
ATTENDEE SAFETY
- Each Participant is obliged to behave during the congress in a manner that does not violate the provisions of generally applicable law, the principles of social coexistence and in such a way as not to threaten the safety of other Participants and other persons present at the place where the congress is held, and in particular to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, health and safety rules, fire safety rules and the law, as well as to immediately comply with the instructions of security staff and representatives of the Organizer.
- The Organizer's representatives are all persons with personal identifiers with the Organizer's designation, issued by the Organizer.
- In order to ensure the safety of the congress throughout its duration, the organizer will appoint security and its representatives appointed to coordinate and supervise the course of the event on an ongoing basis.
- The Organizer may also refuse both entry and staying (call to leave the congress venue) on the forum to persons whose behavior may pose a threat to other Congress Participants.
- The Event may be cancelled or interrupted at any time if its commencement or continuation poses a threat to the safety of the Participants.
- In the event of noticing any threat to people or property at the venue of the event, the forum participant should:
- immediately notify the Organizer's security or representatives; in urgent situations, in the event of a serious threat, also the Police and/or rescue services, using the emergency number 112, or:
- Police: 997,
- Fire Brigade: 998,
- Ambulance: 999;
- strictly follow the instructions of the security staff or representatives of the Organizer;
- avoid causing panic;
- absolutely do not obstruct the access and operation of the rescue services.

§ 4
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM
- The event is intended for adults with full legal capacity, who are representatives of legal persons and entities conducting business activity. These individuals may participate in the Event only in a professional capacity. The Event may also be attended by persons invited by the Organizer.
- Participation in the forum is paid.
- The condition for participation in the forum is to purchase a ticket (hereinafter also referred to as the "Package", "Business pass" or "BP").
- The Organizer provides the following types of packages:
- Bilet Business Pass
- Bilet VIP Pass
- Bilet Diamond Pass
- Group ticket (more than 4 tickets)
- The rights of individual categories of tickets related to participation in the event and the ticket price are specified on the event website.
- The ticket purchase price is the price applicable – for a given type of ticket – on the date of placing the order with the Organiser.
- The Organizer will provide the possibility of payment in PLN (Polish zloty) and EUR (euro).
- Business Pass and VIP Pass tickets can be purchased via the event's website, by filling in the appropriate form, and it is possible to purchase up to 4 ticket.

- The purchase of a group ticket and a Diamond Pass is possible after prior individual contact and the organizer's approval.
- In the case of purchasing a group ticket, receiving a group package may consist in providing an individual digital code (e.g. QR code).
- The agreement between the Organizer and the Participant is concluded either via the event website, along with the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and payment of the ticket, or on the basis of a separate agreement concluded in at least a documentary form (the above applies primarily to Diamond Pass tickets and group tickets).
- The organizers reserve the right to invite additional participants to the event.
- The Organizer is entitled to decide, at its discretion, to introduce discounts, rebates or other deviations from the standard price conditions for participation in the event. In particular, the Organizer may introduce promotional conditions for participation in the forum for specific professionals or in relation to tickets distributed through specific sales channels.
- Tickets entitling you to participate in the forum are personal and non-transferable.
- The Organizer draws attention and reserves that both due to technical and organizational conditions, as well as epidemic and sanitary requirements, it may be necessary to introduce solutions that serve or result in limiting the number of people who can directly and simultaneously participate in individual elements of the event (lectures, sessions, speeches, etc.). In particular, the number of seats in individual rooms in which elements of the forum will be held may be limited, as well as technical solutions may be introduced resulting in the inability of direct participation in a given element of the Event by its participants (e.g. transmission by means of large screens, screens, etc.).
- Taking into account the fact that both tickets and other documents entitling to enter the congress (e.g. ID badges) are personal, the participant or another person using such a document - at the request of the Organizer - is obliged to present a document with a photo to confirm his identity.

§ 6
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).
- The Organizer is the Administrator of the Participants' Personal Data. § 7
SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS
- In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Regulations, the Organiser – regardless of the use of other measures provided for by the generally applicable law – is entitled to:
- demand that the Participant cease and desist from a given violation;
- demand that the Participant leave the forum;
- not allowing the Participant to enter the event area.
- The Organizer decides at its sole discretion whether to use one or more of the measures referred to in paragraph 1.
§ 8
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Organizer may record the course of the forum for the purposes of documentation of the event or for advertising and promotional purposes of the Organizer and forum partners. The Organiser – free of charge and for an indefinite period of time – is entitled to use and enable other persons to use such a recording or photograph or its fragment, including the image of the Participant or another person staying at the place where the forum is held, without time and territorial limitations, without the need to pay remuneration for the use of the image, in all fields of use, including the fields of exploitation specified in Article 50 of the Act on Civil Procedure copyright and related rights, in particular by recording, reproduction, circulation and dissemination, including exhibition, display, reproduction, broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as making it available to the public in such a way that anyone can access it in a place and at a time chosen by them (consent to use the image for marketing purposes).
- Participants are not entitled to record in any way or in any form the course of the forum or its part, without obtaining the prior consent of the Organizer.
- The titles in the Terms and Conditions have been included only for the purpose of facilitating references or reading.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations, preceded by informing the Participants 7 days in advance about the change in the Regulations, by e-mail to the address provided by the Participant when applying for a ticket. In the event of a change in the Terms and Conditions, the participant has the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the ticket within 7 days of receiving an e-mail about the change in the content of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Regulations enter into force on the day of publication
- Polish law should be applied to the assessment of the legal relationship resulting from the Regulations.
- The application of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the different language versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Polish version shall prevail.
- The number of available packages is limited and the organizer reserves the right to limit the number of available packages.
